📦 Bake-to-Ship Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of baked goods, all bake-to-ship orders are final sale. I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Once your package leaves Danielle’s Cookie Jar and is accepted by the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. While I take great care in packaging your order securely and safely, I cannot control how a package is handled during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or in a condition that is not what you expected, please contact me by email as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

  • The shipping box, including any visible damage
  • The packaging inside the box
  • The damaged or missing items

I will review the situation and, when applicable, work with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
