French Macaron Shipping Policy 📦

I have recently invested in new, upgraded packaging specifically designed to help protect my French macarons during shipping. I take great pride in how I package every order and do everything I can to ensure your macarons are packed carefully and securely before they leave my hands.

However, once your package is picked up by and transferred to the shipping carrier, I no longer have control over how the package is handled during transit and cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur while in the carrier’s possession.

Please also keep in mind that weather and outside temperatures can affect shipped macarons. Depending on where you live, if you are experiencing very hot temperatures, please take this into consideration when placing a shipped order. While I do my best to package orders appropriately, I cannot control the temperatures a package may be exposed to while sitting in a delivery truck, facility, or outside after delivery.

If your order arrives severely damaged, the box appears to have been mishandled or broken into, or items are missing, please contact me as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the package, including the outside of the box, any visible damage, the packaging inside, and the affected items.

I am happy to assist you in submitting a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable. Having photos of the box and its condition upon arrival is extremely important for the claim process.
