Custom Shipped Sugar Cookies

After many requests, I’m excited to finally offer custom-ordered sugar cookies that can be shipped right to you! 🎉

How to Order

Ordering is easy!

All cookie orders are custom quotes, so the more details you provide upfront, the faster I can get you a quote.

Cookies start at $35 and +
Minimum 2 dozen to order

You can check out my cookie pricing tiers in the pricing section of the website and the FAQ page for additional information. 

Please include as much information as possible, such as:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Shipping address

  • Occasion (birthday, baby shower, holiday, etc.)

  • Theme and color preferences

  • Name(s), age(s), or wording needed on cookies

  • Event date

  • Any inspiration photos you have that will help me visualize the look you're going for.

Ordering Timeline & Availability

Below, you’ll find calendars showing my current availability. Lead time to order 6-8 weeks.

Important: All orders placed must be for shipment the week prior to your event date.

Example:
If your event is on Saturday, February 28th, your order must be scheduled for the week prior for shipment to take place on Saturday, February 21st as long as there is availability.

Why ship a week early?

Cookies take time to create, and shipping takes time too. Shipping delays are unpredictable these days, and this schedule allows me to:

  • Bake and decorate everything fresh

  • Ship your order with enough cushion to arrive on time for your event

Packaging & Shipping Details

Every order is handled with great care:

  • Cookies are baked and decorated fresh

  • Once wrapped, cookies will remain fresh for weeks stored at room temp, and you can even freeze them for a few months too! 

  • Each box will include a cookie care card to ensure you know how to store your cookies.

  • Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat-sealed to preserve freshness

  • Each cookie is individually bubble-wrapped for added protection during transit

📦 All packages ship via UPS, with shipping options quoted during our conversation.
If UPS is unable to deliver to your address, please let me know and we can arrange shipping through USPS instead.

Shipping Disclaimer

I take great pride in my packaging and do everything possible to protect your cookies.
However, Danielle’s Cookie Jar is not responsible for any broken or damaged cookies that may occur during shipping transit. While rare, this is always a possibility once packages leave my hands. 

Invoicing & Payment

All custom cookie orders are processed through Bakesy invoicing.

Once your invoice is sent:

  • Review it carefully to ensure all details are correct

  • Complete payment using one of the accepted payment options listed at the top of the invoice. Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, & Apple Pay 

💳 Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your spot on my calendar.
