📦 Bake-to-Ship Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our baked goods, all bake-to-ship orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Once your package leaves Danielle’s Cookie Jar and is accepted by the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. While we take great care in packaging your order securely and safely, we cannot control how a package is handled during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or in a condition that is not what you expected, please contact us by email as soon as possible and include clear photos of:

  • The shipping box, including any visible damage
  • The packaging inside the box
  • The damaged or missing items

We will review the situation and, when applicable, work with the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If the issue is the result of an error made by Danielle’s Cookie Jar, we will always do our best to make it right. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our possession.
